Our new SWIR camera Owl 1280 uses an InGaAs sensor with a resolution of 1,280 x 1,024 pixels. With a spectral range of 400-1,700 nm, you promise highly sensitive images and with a pixel size of 10 μm x 10 μm also a very high resolution. Equipped with an integrated non-uniformity correction, Automated Gain Control and a dynamic range of 70 dB, images of the highest quality are taken. The noise is realized with a suitable temperature stabilization of the sensor and a very low readout noise of less than 35 electrons. Especially in astronomy, in solar cell inspection, wafer inspection, but also many other applications, the camera is perfectly usable.
