The InGaAs-Cameras have driven the development of NIR-II fluorescent dyes and imaging agents for preclinical testing on a variety of platforms including single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWNTs), quantum dot nanoparticles, rare earth-doped nanoparticles, polymeric nanoparticles, and low molecular weight water-soluble dyes.
