The UV-365-LEDs have proven to be the brightest and most compact Ultra-Violet LED illuminator on the market today. We use the latest semiconductor technology, precision optics and thermal management components to produce an illuminator superior to traditional UV lighting solutions, such as Mercury discharge lamps. UV-365-LEDs are ideal for applications that require precise control of UV radiation and where excessive heat generation must be avoided. Key applications included curing of epoxies, adhesives and inks, bioimaging for gene, protein and cell analysis, and machine vision applications.
Our standard illuminator is contained in a very compact housing (19 mm diameter) and comes with an optical mount and compact power supply. The
power supply enables the UV intensity to be varied from 0 to 100% and it can be pulsed. The standard UV emission profile is a 1 mm2 focused beam. Fibre
