General

The detection of optical radiation can be done by different means. Conventional photo diodes can meet the requirements for a large number of applications. Whenever extremely weak signals come into play alternative detection technologies should be considered. 194

Photodiodes

Photodiodes are available in various packagings and with different spectral sensitivities. They provide the most straightforward way to measure optical radiation. Therefore the possible field of application is strongly diversified.

O/E Converters

A powerful amplifier is already integrated in these modules. Therefore data acquisition can be directly carried out by use of oscilloscopes or multimeters. Cut-off frequencies in the 10 GHz range together with maximum gain enables you to realize a broad variety of applications.

Fibre Optical Receiver Modules

High sensitivity and speed (ps rise time), combined with an unsurpassed quality of the output signal are characteristic for this kind of photoreceivers. Key applications are the analysis of VCSELs and 10 GBit systems.

Measurement Amplifiers

Laser 2000 offers measurement amplifiers for a broad range of applications. Whatever feature is required (high gain, high speed etc) our amplifiers will help you in successfully realizing your application!
